Can Deep Breathing Reduce Stress?

Yes, deep breathing can help reduce stress. It is a simple thing to do but can often be overlooked, since when we are stressed we often tend to shallow breathe.

With focus you can develop a new habit of better breathing which is very effective as a method for relaxation and more optimal functioning of the body. Breathing and mindfulness go to the very essence of being. We get in touch with our very life force and usually feel better as a result.
